Through physical yoga practice, we will reset the physical body.

Using breath & energetic practices we will soothe the nervous system.

Using meditative practices we will have time & space to reconnect to our own intuition & inner guide.

All this coupled with post-retreat support (online classes) means you will be able to maintain your alignment each day with renewed energy when you return home.
